Nice interaction but it reminds me very much of the Wario "Shake" YouTube ad of last year. Would have been nice to have some kind of resolution or payoff instead of leaving the ad hanging. The close button's pretty subtle too, so the ad should probably rearrange the page back to its former state after a few seconds so it doesn't piss off the site's users too much.
Nice to see this kind of interaction being used in rich media banners though!

i think this is a cool effect but poorly executed. the "lcd screen" doesn't move if you interact with the phone before it disappears and where the hell is the call to action?!
